This auction includes the contents of the home. The buyer can remove any personal property items from the home and outbuilding they wish to take. No trash removal is required.

Any other restrictions / special notes: This house has easy access to the basement via a garage door. Workshop in basement with lots of hardware, screws, nails, etc. Treasures located in the attic and outbuilding are included in this sale.
A $350 refund will be given to the buyer if they leave the house broom swept and completely empty of all personal property items. Dumpster will be provided onsite for trash removal. Buyer will have an additional 5 days to remove trash if they choose to do so.
