Buyers enjoy clear listings and access to affordable options, without the hassle and pressure of a dealership setting while sellers benefit from our professional service. With our online automobile auctions, you can find the right deal or move your vehicle quickly, all without the usual hassle.

Find the Right Ride for Work, Play or Everyday

Looking for a dependable car, a rugged truck or maybe a motorcycle or trailer for the weekends? We deliver a wide variety of vehicles at prices that will make you do a double-take.

Whether you’re a gearhead or just someone looking for a reliable set of wheels, we have SUVs, RVs, ATVs, EVs and more that you just won’t find at a dealership. Our variety ensures both buyers and sellers get more out of every vehicle auction.

Automobile Auctions that Work for Both Sides

We’re big fans of win-win situations.

That’s why we’ve set up our vehicle and car auctions to be equitable for buyers and sellers.

For buyers, they gain easy online access to repossessed cars, trucks and SUVs right at their fingertips, all complete with detailed descriptions and photos. This makes bidding simple, straightforward and secure.

Sellers, on the other hand, enjoy quick, professional handling of their vehicles without the headaches of ads or haggling with difficult buyers. Backed by our trusted buyer network and transparent process, both sides walk away with fair value and a positive experience.

Let’s Do Business Together

Join sellers across Virginia who trust Enlisted Auctions. Our proven process, respected name and broad buyer base deliver fast turnarounds and fair returns every time.

Enlisted Auctions makes it simple to browse, bid and secure the tools you need to get the job done.

Our equipment auctions bring together trucks, farm machinery, construction gear and so much more, all curated to ensure buyers find quality assets with confidence. Sellers benefit too, knowing their equipment is handled professionally and marketed effectively without sacrificing value.

Whether you’re logging on from home or getting a glimpse of our gear in person, every auction is designed to make buying and selling equipment straightforward for all parties involved.

Need Equipment Sold Fast? We’re Your Auction House.

Selling surplus construction equipment and running vehicle auctions isn’t for everybody. After all, it’s not like buying a pair of shoes or a new lamp for your den. It takes a specialized buyer with the interest and resources to close a deal quickly.

Our reputation and sharp marketing tactics attract those very buyers to our equipment auctions. This level of expertise gets your equipment off your lot faster than you thought possible.

Additionally, we manage every detail and transaction during your heavy equipment auction. That means carefully cataloging each piece, handling pickup logistics and accurately finalizing sales. All so you don’t have to.

We make sure sellers enjoy fast turnarounds and professional handling on all closed sales. The end result is a fair return without the headaches of doing it alone.

Repeat Buyers & Satisfied Sellers

Buyers enjoy clear listings, competitive bidding and access to high-quality equipment and vehicle auctions that are difficult to come by in the Shenandoah Valley. We also own our own equipment yard, so these auctions are always conducted in a convenient, familiar location.

Sellers benefit from efficient, professional handling and effective marketing of their equipment to sell quickly and maximize value.

And at the end of the day, our goal is for everyone to look each other in the eye and shake hands as deals are closed and relationships are forged. That’s what success looks like to us.

We manage everything from cataloging equipment and inventory to coordinating commercial property auctions and land auctions.

Business foreclosure auctions are handled with the same honesty and professionalism we bring to every sale. For buyers, this means access to quality assets at solid prices. For sellers, it’s peace of mind knowing their liquidation will be done quickly and managed with respect.

Shop Smarter with Store Liquidations

Buyers know we provide more than just items to purchase; we offer a rare opportunity to secure unmatched value. Our store liquidations include everything from office furniture and fixtures, warehouse equipment and inventory and commercial buildings and real estate.

You know what they say about striking while the iron is hot? With our business liquidation auctions, you have a golden opportunity to discover affordable business essentials and unique finds at a fraction of the cost you would normally have to pay.

Log on, stop by and bid with confidence. Great finds and even better prices await.

Business Assets, Sold with Speed & Care

When it comes to business liquidation auctions, speed matters. So does value.

Enlisted Auctions ensures both while managing every detail, including cataloging and marketing to logistics and final sales. Always know, sellers like you can count on fast turnarounds without sacrificing your return.

With our professional, hassle-free approach, closing this chapter becomes smooth, transparent and handled with the respect your business deserves.

Why Buyers and Sellers Trust Enlisted Auctions

Why do businesses and buyers keep coming back? Because we run every business liquidation auction efficiently and fairly.

Our community-first approach builds confidence on both sides of the process, turning one-time buyers into repeat bidders and new sellers into long-term partners.

Rooted in the Shenandoah Valley, we’re proud to build long-term relationships with every auction.

Ready to Sell? We Make It Easy & Turnkey.

You bring the products, we have the expertise and local touch. In the end, we always hope to do business together again soon.

Seamless & Stress-Free: Estate Sales Designed Just for You

We carefully manage every detail so sellers can move their items quickly and buyers can find the perfect items they’ve been searching for.

For sellers, we organize all items in the home, separating auctionable pieces from items to donate, recycle or discard. Items are then arranged thoughtfully to showcase their value. This ensures buyers can clearly see each piece and bid with confidence.

We even handle full-home cleanouts. We respectfully remove items that need to be disposed of, so sellers don’t have to worry about leftover clutter.

Buyers benefit too, as each home is carefully organized and presented, making it easy to browse, assess and bid. By handling the heavy lifting and ensuring each property shines, we create an auction experience that’s stress-free and enjoyable for buyers and sellers.

In some cases, we bring items to our local galleries so buyers can easily view them all, make their purchases and quickly pick up their newfound treasures.

Are you wondering, "How do I sell my parents' estate?" Or maybe you've been made the executor of an estate.

The prospect of handling such a responsibility can feel overwhelming.

But there's a better way.

At Enlisted Auctions, we specialize in Estate and Real Estate sales, and we're here to walk you through every step.

Our aim is to make selling your parents' cherished belongings a stress-free and straightforward experience. You have the freedom to be as hands-on or hands-off as you like. We'll handle the sale of valuable items in the estate, whether it be furniture or equipment, and responsibly manage items that may not hold value. Plus, we offer two options for Real Estate sales - traditional listing or an auction - allowing you to focus on what matters most: yourself and your family.

Enlisted Auctions hosts multiple auctions each week on our website, reaching thousands of potential buyers both locally and nationally.

Our dedicated and friendly team will visit your property to carefully pack up the items you wish to sell. These items will then be transported to our gallery, where we photograph and describe each piece for one of our weekly auctions. This means your items will be viewed and bid on by a wide audience. After the auction closes, we'll manage the pickup and promptly send you a check with an inventory sheet of what we sold for you and it's final price!

As a local company, we take immense pride in serving our clients and neighbors with the highest level of respect and care.

At Enlisted Auctions, you're not just a client, you're family.

Today’s firearms laws seem to constantly be changing and a question we often receive is, “How do I sell my firearms?”. We go over some options for you to choose from below!

Option 1:

You can list your firearm on an online marketplace such as Gun Broker.

The upside to listing your firearm on a site such as this is that you can set the price for your firearm(s) and hopefully someone will come along and agree to purchase the firearm from you.

A downside to this method is that it requires more work from you. You will need to take detailed photos of the firearm, handle shipping and packing the firearm, as well as communicate with prospective buyers and be knowledgeable of Federal & State firearms laws.

Option 2:

You can take your firearm to a local gun shop.

Typically gun shops will buy your firearm from you at a lower price and then try to resell the firearm at a profit.

Pros to this method are that you can take the firearm to the store, drop it off, receive your payment and you are done.

Downside is that you do not typically receive market value for your firearm. Think of it as trading in a vehicle. When you trade in your car at a dealership, the dealer never pays you what the car is worth on the open market.

Option 3:

You can sell your firearms by auction - preferably with a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) auction company.

  • Sell your firearms with Enlisted and allow us to put our firearms experts to work for you and your collectionClick here to contact us and to get started, or you can fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page.
  • Enlisted Auctions is a licensed Federal Firearms dealer which allows us to do background checks and paperwork at our facility. In the state of Virginia in order to sell a firearm a background check MUST be run on the buyer. It is illegal to sell a firearm without having a background check completed.

Option 4:

You can do a private sale.

If you sell your firearm to a friend, you are still required by law to take your firearm to your local FFL dealer to perform the background check and all required paperwork before transferring the firearm.

If you have any questions feel free to reach out to us!

The Terms and Conditions below are the general terms for our gallery auctions. Terms and Conditions may vary for each specific auction. Read the terms for each auction under the "Terms" tab of any item in an auction.

BY REGISTERING FOR OUR AUCTIONS, IT IS CONSIDERED A CONTRACT AND THE FOLLOWING TERMS APPLY. TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAN CHANGE DEPENDING ON THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF EACH SALE. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO REVIEW THE TERMS BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN ANY AUCTION! TERMS FOR EACH AUCTION CAN BE FOUND IN LOT #0.

  • Keep in mind that most of the items we sell are used and may have scratches, dents, dings, holes, funky odors, etc.

  • Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. Any mention of an item’s condition is not an official grading of the item’s condition. When you are not certain of the condition or wear of an item, please bid accordingly.

  • Enlisted Auctions strongly suggests bidders to attend the scheduled preview to gauge the condition of each piece and to gain perspective on the size or number of items in each lot.

  • Onsite or wholesale auctions may have items in the attic, basement, barn, dark alley, scary dungeon rooms and other places that your spouse may be hesitant to enter. Please consider attending the preview to help understand any complications in removing your treasure.

  • We are not as mean as we sound, but please do your best to play by the rules. It is the only way we can serve you and the rest of our customers to the best of our ability.

Bidding

  • You must be registered to place a bid on an item.

  • By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions that apply to that auction. Before you bid, please take a few seconds and look at the information provided in Lot # 0. This will have the location, date/times for the preview and pickup, and other pertinent information.

  • All bids are final. The bidder does not have the ability to remove a bid once it has been placed.

  • A 10% buyer’s premium (plus state and local tax) will be added to each purchase.

  • If you are tax-exempt, you will need to provide a copy of your tax-exemption form.

Preview

  • Preview is an “open house” to allow our customers to inspect the items before they bid or buy. Items are identified by the lot number affixed to the item.

  • Preview is highly recommended so you can make your own determination of quality, size, condition, weight, item location, and all the other variables that are difficult to convey in a photo.

  • Unless specifically addressed in the description, it is safe to assume the items have NOT been tested. You are welcome and encouraged to test any item during the preview times listed.

Pickup

  • Bidders are responsible for their own removal. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser.

  • Purchases will be released upon presentation of a paid email receipt. Please ensure that movers or anyone picking up items on your behalf have your paid receipt at the pickup location. No items will be released without a paid email receipt.

  • All items must be removed during the schedule pickup time(s). Any items not removed during the pickup times will considered abandoned and become the property of Enlisted Auctions (unless other arrangements have been made).

  • Please bring plenty of help and proper equipment needed to remove your items. Auction staff is not available to assist with loading. Do not bring a Civic to take home a bedroom suite, please.

  • If you are unable to make the pickup time due to a flat tire, mean boss, traffic jam, car fire, sudden illness, deceased relative, or any other catastrophic event, please contact Enlisted Auctions at 540-337-3446 or info@enlistedauctions.com. We can make special arrangements (for a fee) in most cases. Items MUST be paid in full to qualify for storage.

  • Items not claimed in our gallery auctions by the end of the scheduled pickup times will be assessed a $5.00 alternative pick-up fee. Furniture and any large items (items that do not fit into a box) will be subject to an additional $20.00 storage fee if the items are not picked by Friday at 4:00 pm. After one week, the items will be considered abandoned and/or forfeited by the buyer. For onsite auctions, please call or email. Charges vary depending on the resources required for us to store your items

  • Enlisted Auctions can provide delivery to a storage facility in Stuarts Draft if needed. Please contact the office for rates and more details.

Shipping

  • Shipping is available on most items. Please contact the office if you would like to have your items shipped. A processing charge and shipping costs will be added to your invoice and must be paid prior to shipping.

Firearm Sales

  • We are a licensed firearms dealer.

  • Bidder must be eligible to purchase a firearm under local, State, and Federal guidelines.

  • Shipping is provided to continental US FFL holders for most gun purchases. Additional charges will apply. See details in the firearms auction for shipping rates.

Staggered Closing

  • The online auction closes three items per minute (may differ on each auction). Please watch the countdown timer on each lot. This feature will close the bidding in intervals. This feature works great with the auto-extend feature to closely emulate a ‘live’ auction.

Soft Closing (auto-extend)

  • The closing time of an item is automatically extended an additional two minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last two minutes of the item’s closing time, thus allowing a backup bidder the opportunity to raise their bid. For example, if an item is set to close at 8:05 pm, and a bidder places a bid on the item at 8:04 pm, the item’s closing time will be extended to 8:06 pm. If another bid is placed at 8:05 pm, the item’s closing time will be extended to 8:07 pm, and so on until no other bids are received.

Bid Notification

  • If you have been outbid, you will be notified by email or phone notification (app users) ONLY UNTIL the last two minutes of the item’s scheduled closing time.

  • To quickly review your bids and see if you have won, you can utilize the “My Items” feature. Items that you have been outbid on will be clearly marked.

Winning Bidder Notification

  • You will be contacted by email or phone notification (app users) for any items you have won.

  • If you feel you have won an item and have not received an email you must notify us by email no later than 9:00 am the next day. If you do not receive an emailed invoice then you did not win any items at the online auction.

  • In the event an item is missing from your lot, the buyer must notify our onsite staff before leaving the auction premises. After 24 hours, the Auctioneer and buyer agrees that no adjustment or refund will be made.

Images Don't Guarantee Items

  • For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions.

Abandoned Items/Delinquent Accounts

  • The Auctioneer will have the option of reselling, removing, storing or abandoning, purchased items not paid for and/or removed within the specified timeframe.

  • The buyer agrees to pay all deficiencies, legal, collection, transportation and storage expenses associated with delinquent accounts or abandoned items.

Choose Wisely

  • We want everyone to get a good deal and most will. However, when you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited for your intended use, our clients are not willing to assume the cost of your mistakes. When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly.

  • The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction, split or combine lots, add minimum bids or reserve prices, cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event, make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.

  • Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract and/or agreement, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgments upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Venue will be Augusta County, Virginia.

Liability

  • Auctioneers and Sellers liability shall be limited to the refund of bidders purchase price.

Limitations

  • The above-stated Conditions of Sale cannot be altered except in writing by The Auctioneer.

Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and that of the other bidders. We will not release your information to anyone without your permission.

Happy bidding!

Buying Real Estate at Auction

We understand that the thought of buying a home at auction can be somewhat intimidating. Most people only buy 1 or 2 homes in a lifetime. The truth is that buying a home at auction is a pretty simple process. The team at Enlisted Auctions would love to help you through each step.

Step 1. Determine your financial boundaries

The first in home buying, whether it is through a traditional real estate brokerage or buying at auction, is to determine your spending budget. For most buyers, this means a trip to your bank. Your lender can review your options and pre-approved you for a loan. The lender will give you all the details about the interest rates, monthly payments, loan terms, and more. Enlisted Auctions can recommend a lender if you are unsure of where to start.

Step 2. Start shopping

There are so many choices while looking for a home. The National Association of Realtors has invested millions into a website, www.realtor.com, to help make the search a little easier. Using this website, you will be able to weed through the houses that are not a fit and find a list of homes that are candidates for a closer look.

Step 3. Visit your potential homes

Enlisted Auctions recommends that you contact your Realtor, or Enlisted Auctions, to assist you in seeing the homes you have selected. The services of a Realtor (for a buyer) are compensated by the seller of the home. You will get expert help in negotiating, value opinions, contracts, etc at no cost to you. The Realtor will be able setup showing on the homes in which you are interested.

Step 4. Make an offer

This is where the auction method is slightly different than a traditional brokerage. In an auction, the price is determined through the bidding process. The bidding happens in an online auction in many cases. The buyers can place a “max bid” by submitting the maximum amount they are willing to spend, and the computer will bid for them. They can also bid incrementally as the price increases. In some auctions, there is a “Buy Now” price that allows the buyers to skip the auction process all together and buy the property without bidding.

You will need to register for the auction before placing a bid. You can register by going to the website, enlistedauctions.com, and clicking on the “View Catalog & Bid” button under the photo of the home. There will be a “Register to Bid” link shown. Click on that link and follow the instructions. It will ask you for basic information and your credit card information. The credit card will be verified as a real card but there will be no funds deducted. This information and card information is needed to verify that you are a real human.

Step 5. Purchase agreement

Congratulations! You bought a house! A representative from Enlisted Auctions will contact you after the auction to schedule a time to sign the purchase agreement. They will collect the deposit amount (shown in the terms for each auction) and provide you with copies of the agreement. You will take the agreement to your lender and they will start processing the paperwork right away. The closing agency or attorney will also receive a copy of the purchase agreement. This process usually takes about 30 days.

Step 6. Closing

Once the paperwork is completed you will go to the closing agency or attorney and sign the paperwork for your new home. They will collect the funds from your lender and hand you the keys to your new home. See, easy peazy lemon squeezy.

We look forward to helping you walk through the process of buying your home

From Sellers:

How much do you charge?

Enlisted Auctions does not have “cookie cutter” formula that is applied to each auction. Instead, we choose to look at each situation and create a package based around your needs and goals. Enlisted Auctions offers many different services, including moving, trash removal, cleaning, etc. In many cases, we can create a comprehensive package that includes all the services required in simple agreement. The consultation is free and has no obligation.

Can I put a minimum bid on my items?

Every item on the website has a starting bid of $5. Enlisted Auctions rarely offers the option for a reserve price. Over 99% of the items that are listed on the website sell with no reserve or minimum bid. We may consider an undisclosed reserve on high-dollar assets (vehicles, real estate, etc.).

How do I consign items to sell?

The process is simple. The first step is a phone call 540-337-3446. We will ask you to briefly describe your situation and items that you would like to sell. We may or may not recommend a free consultation. Enlisted Auctions can come pickup your items or you can bring them to us.

Is there anything you don’t sell?

Enlisted Auctions avoids selling spouses and children. Just kidding, of course. There are items that hold very little or no value. We take each item on a case by case basis. We welcome a call or email to discuss your items in question. We do provide a removal service that can handle the donation or disposal of items.

Can I visit your facility?

Of course! We welcome you to come see our galleries and meet our staff. The main office location is 2400 Stuarts Draft Hwy, Stuarts Draft, VA 24477. This office is typically staffed from 8 AM to 4 PM Monday - Thursday. We recommend calling or emailing before coming to ensure staff are on the premises.

From Buyers:

How do I bid?

Click here to see a video that walks you through the process. To bid you will first need to register for an account (it's FREE to register). Simply open any of the auctions and click the red, "Register to Bid" button next to each item. A sign-in window will then show up, at the bottom it will say, "No account? Sign up here." Click that and it will walk you through setting up your free account.

What is the Buyer’s Premium?

The buyer’s premium is a 10% added to the final bid of each item. This fee is added to help us keep the commission rates at a level that encourages the seller to consign better quality and more items for your bidding pleasure. Please keep this fee in mind when placing your bids.

How do I know when and where to get my items?

The first item in each auction, Lot #0, will include all the information needed for the pickup location times. Each auction has a unique location. The auction location and pickup times will also be noted on your emailed invoice.

Why do you have limited pickup hours?

The logistics and cost of paying staff members to wait for an entire day or week for buyers would drive the cost of business much higher. We will do our best accommodate your needs if there is a reason you cannot pickup your items during the designated times. There may be an additional fee associate with a special pickup request.

Why do you extend the bidding on some items?

The listed ending time for each specific item is the scheduled time for that item to end. This time will be extended if a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes of that item. The bidding extension is an automated feature on the website. The purpose of the extended bidding is to allow you to submit a competing bid if another buyer outbids you as the time is nearly expired. The bidding time extension may differ from auction to auction, depending on the asset.

The time on my item was extended but the price did not increase.

A group closing is used when similar items or items of a set are sold in separate lots. The group is identified by an annotation in the top right of the item listing. Item in the same group will all extend if any of the items in that group receive a bid as the time closes. This allows a buyer the opportunity to purchase the entire set or group, or purchase only one item in the group.

Some photos look like a duplicate photo.

Items that are nearly identical may use the same photo. Enlisted Auctions recommends attending the preview for any auction to see each item and make your own determination of condition and value.

Do you measure every piece of furniture?

Enlisted Auctions tries to make each buying experience as easy as possible. We will take a photo of the measurements on most of the furniture we sell. Please call or email if you have any questions about the dimensions of a specific piece.

Can I bid as a tax-exempt buyer?

Yes! We will need to have a valid and signed ST-10 Virginia Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption on file. You can email or snail mail a signed copy to the office.

Do you test items (electronics, tools, ect)?

Enlisted Auctions does not test or guarantee the functionality of any item. All items are sold “as-is”. However, we welcome you to attend the preview and test the items. The items will be available for inspection and testing during the noted “Preview” time in Lot #0 of each auction.

Do you ship items?

Yes! We can ship items anywhere in the world. Please call or email for a quote on the item(s) you may be interested in having shipped

How do I pay for my items?

The payment for your items will be through a credit / debit card. The credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. The payment can be made through automatic debit of the saved credit card or by paying when you pick-up your items. Enlisted Auctions will also accept cash or qualified checks.

Why was my credit card charge automatically?

When you initially add your credit card to your bidding profile an authorization "charge" will show up on your account. This amount can vary from $1.00 to $100. This amount IS NOT CHARGED to your credit card. It simply verifies that the card information is correct and that your card is good for that amount. This authorization verification typically falls off, or disappears within 24 hours.

How do I update my Credit Card information?

The updated credit card information can be made by logging into your account and selecting the "Edit Account" option under the menu in the top right (3 lines). Select "Update Payment Information" to enter your new card info.

Can I schedule a different time to pick up my items?

Yes, we can make special arrangements for you to pick up your items. There will be additional charges that apply for this convenience (note our convenience fee policy). Please call or email for a confirmation and / or quote for your specific needs.

What is the alternate pickup fee?

The alternate pickup fee is added when items are not picked up on the scheduled pickup date (typically the day after the auction ends). The fee is typically $5, if you have larger items or the items are offsite it may be up to $20.

How many DQ Blizzards does it take to have the alternate pickup fee waived?

If you talk to Kervin or Sheldon, they will do it for a mini Blizzard. Cory isn’t quite as easily convinced, but he caves pretty quickly. Elizabeth can be convinced with a large iced coffee (or two).

Selling real estate is a significant decision that requires careful consideration.

Traditionally, many people opt for the conventional route of hiring a real estate agent and listing their property on the market. However, an alternative and increasingly popular option is selling real estate at auction. In this blog post, we will explore the numerous benefits of selling your property at auction and why it can be a highly advantageous choice.

Speedy Process: One of the most appealing aspects of selling real estate at auction is the expedited process it offers.

Unlike the traditional route, where properties can languish on the market for months, an auction brings together interested buyers and creates a sense of urgency. The auction date provides a definitive timeline, ensuring that your property is sold within a relatively short period. This swift process is particularly beneficial for individuals looking to sell their property quickly, such as those facing financial constraints or needing to relocate urgently.

Competitive Bidding: Auctions create a competitive environment that can significantly benefit sellers.

The bidding war among potential buyers can drive up the price of the property, often resulting in a final sale price that surpasses the initial expectations. As bidders strive to outdo each other, they become emotionally invested, increasing the likelihood of higher offers. This competitive atmosphere ensures that sellers achieve the maximum value for their real estate investment.

Transparency and Fairness: Selling real estate at auction offers transparency and fairness to both sellers and buyers.

The auction process is conducted in a public setting, where all interested parties have equal access to information. This transparency builds trust and confidence among buyers, who know they are participating in a fair and open transaction. Additionally, sellers can set a reserve price to protect their interests, ensuring that the property does not sell for less than a predetermined threshold.

Targeted Marketing: Selling your property with Enlisted Auctions provides a unique opportunity for targeted marketing efforts.

Enlisted Auctions employ various strategies to generate interest in the property, such as targeted advertisements, direct marketing, and online promotions. These marketing initiatives attract motivated buyers who are specifically looking for real estate opportunities. Consequently, sellers can reach a pool of pre-qualified and serious buyers, enhancing the chances of a successful sale at the best possible price.

Elimination of Contingencies: Traditional real estate transactions often involve contingencies that can complicate the process.

Financing contingencies, home inspections, or other conditional requirements can lead to delays or even canceled deals. However, when selling at auction, buyers typically conduct their due diligence before the auction, eliminating the need for contingencies. This eliminates potential roadblocks and streamlines the transaction, ensuring a smoother and faster closing process.

Conclusion: Selling real estate at auction offers numerous advantages that make it a compelling option for sellers.

The speed and efficiency of the process, combined with the competitive bidding environment, can lead to higher sale prices and quicker transactions. The transparent and fair nature of auctions, coupled with targeted marketing efforts, attracts motivated buyers who are ready to make a purchase. Additionally, the elimination of contingencies reduces the likelihood of deal disruptions. If you are considering selling your real estate, exploring the auction option could be a lucrative and viable choice that maximizes your property's value and accelerates the selling process.

Total Clean-Out

If you are like most of our countrymen, you discover that time has a way of gathering stuff in every available storage space. Many of our clients have a home that needs be completely cleaned before it is ready for the next phase of the process (selling, renting, etc...). While the online auction allows us to sell a lot of the items, inevitably there will be things that are not marketable and must be thrown away or donated. The Enlisted Auctions team can help! We have specialized equipment to help with the trash removal. Our staff will be able to completely clean out the home and leave the space broom swept. You cannot imagine how liberating it is to see a room that was piled deep become a clean and usable space once again.

This service is typically charged by the hour or by the project. We would love to give you a quote at no cost. Call us 540-337-3446.

Learn about online auctions

99% of our auctions are entirely online. This allows us to showcase your items to the thousands of potential buyers that visit our website every day.

Advantages to an online auction:

  • Thousands of prospective buyers will view your items. By putting your items in our online auctions you will have thousands of bids placed for items. This brings you the best results and the highest sold prices.
  • Bidders can bid 24/7 on your items. Our auctions are typically online 7-10 days allowing bids to be placed during that entire time frame. Real estate auctions are typically online 3-4 weeks depending on the real estate.
  • Your items will be marketed skillfully and effectively on social media and/or Google and other markets. Our marketing consistently provides our sellers with top dollar amounts for their items.
  • All of the online auctions have a "soft close" or auto-extend feature. On other sites a bidder might be able to place a bid with 1 second left and "steal" the item from you. With us, if a bid is placed within the closing 2 minutes of an item that item will extend for a minimum of 1 minute allowing any other bidders to increase their bid. This makes it fair for everyone involved and allows items to truly sell to the highest bidder!

We hope every deal is closed with a handshake and a willingness to work together again.

Our Approach to Online Auctions

Our online auctions are shaped by the people and community we serve and the values we live by. We carefully curate categories that spark interest, from estates and firearms to equipment and real estate, and work hand-in-hand with sellers to find unique, high-quality items.

Services - How We Work For You

Online Auction
We provide online auction services that include picking up, organizing, photographing, and cataloging your items for online bidding.  This aspect of our business is growing at an ever-increasing rate.  Sellers recognize this as a great way to gain maximum exposure for their treasures and buyers understand this way to be the easiest to maneuver and the wisest use of their time.  Once your auction is posted, items are available for bidding 24/7 until the day the auction closes.  This is by far the most popular auction venue we offer and online bidding platforms are changing the auction industry.

Real Estate

Enlisted Auctions has licensed Brokers and Realtors on staff ready to work. We enjoy using our unique and extremely effective approach to selling real estate to buyers both near and far. All the details of our process can be found on the Real Estate Services page.

Senior Transition Package

This package has been one of the most popular options for the seniors we work with. It is a hands-off approach for our seniors as they graduate to a small home or to retirement community setting. Call us at 540-337-3446, or send an email to info@enlistedauctions to learn more.

Moving Services

Enlisted Auctions is proud to offer high quality moving services. We have moved customers all over the continental United States. Call us at 540-337-3446, or send an email to info@enlistedauctions to learn more.

Total Clean-Out

We know your home is probably spotless, exactly like ours. I kid, of course. Some of our clients feel completely overwhelmed by all of the stuff left in a property they have inherited or recently became responsible to maintain. The total clean-out service might be the right fit for you. Learn more about it on the Total Clean-Out page.

Benefit Auction Services
Our team enjoys working with many non-profit organizations to help them reach fund raising goals. This is not an event where we ask the members of the group to bring their left-over yard sale items. These are events where we work with dedicated members of the organization to bring new and exciting ideas to the table.

Expert Auction Management

Established in Stuarts Draft, VA in 2010, founder Ben Yoder and current owners Kervin and Karla Yoder built Enlisted Auctions’ reputation on the values of integrity, honesty, transparency, service and teamwork. Those values come through in every interaction we have, no matter if you’re a long-time seller or a first-time buyer.

As licensed auctioneers and certified firearms dealers, we combine proven expertise with genuine service, ensuring every transaction is handled legally, carefully and fairly.

We know that every piece that enters our local galleries and is featured in our online auctions has a future owner searching for it, and we are honored and excited by the opportunity to connect the two.

Our Team

No matter if they purchase in estate auctions, real estate auctions, firearm auctions or something totally different, they appreciate the variety of our items and professional approach to auctions.

But don’t take our word for it, see what some of our customers say about Enlisted Auctions.

Did that item you were dreaming about get away?
