- Unless you have a Va Concealed Handgun Permit, you can only purchase one handgun per month in the state of Va.
IF you have a VA Concealed Handgun Permit, you can purchase as many handguns as you wish (or as many as your wife allows!) - You can purchase as many long guns as you wish.
- If you purchase more than one (1) handgun and do NOT have a concealed handgun permit, Enlisted Auctions can place your handgun in storage until the following month. The handgun must be paid in full and there is a $15 / month storage fee.
- Enlisted Auctions is a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer. All state and federal firearms laws apply. Paperwork and background checks are completed at Enlisted Auctions and are required when picking up firearms. Please do not bid if you cannot legally own a firearm.
