March 13, Tailgate Auction - Expo Location
Directions: Augusta Expoland, Fishersville, VA 22939. From I-64 take exit 91 and travel past McDonald's turn right onto Expo Rd. and follow the signs!
A cannot miss event! You drive in, set-up your own items, and just wait for the auctioneer to get to your vehicle or space. Pre-register to have your items advertised and pictured online. Buy-backs are authorized (commissions still apply). Clean out that storage building and quit paying those mini storage fees. Please call or email the auction company for all the details or with any questions. We would love to see you there!
Commissions / Terms:
$0.10 per item Plus...
$1 to $999 = 25%
$1,000 to $2,499 = 20%
$2,500 to $4,999 = 15%
$5,000 plus = 10%
Any titled vehicles or guns will be charged only 10% commission, regardless of selling price!
Commission rates apply to entire lot from each seller. Sellers are permitted to buy-back their items. These items will be subject to posted commission rates. If any single item(s) does not receive a bid at auction, it will be grouped with any other item(s) until a bid is received. The Auction Company reserves the right to sell any amount of items together. The Auction Company also reserves the right to sell any item or group of items that does not receive a bid back to the seller for $1.00. Commissions will apply. All funds will be distributed (mailed) with-in 3 business days by check.
Gates will open 2 hours before the auction starting time. Sellers will assume available spaces in numerical order as they enter the premises. 20 x 20 spaces will be marked off in parking lot. Seller is responsible to display their own items. Each seller will be required to register after claiming their space(s) and prior to setting up their items. Auction staff will hold up and/or designate which items will be sold next. Auction will start at space #1 and proceed through spaces in numerical order.
No tables available for rent. Please bring your own. Auction held outdoors. In the event of inclement weather the auction will be postponed until the following month.
Each seller must clean up space after items are sold. Additional fee (determined by Auction Company) will be added for any space which requires clean-up following the auction. Minimum fee $25.00 Maximum fee $200.00.
Payment for purchased items can be made by cash or credit card.

March 17, Motorcycle Auction
Welcome to Central Virginia’s first ever motorcycle swap meet and auction. All arrangements can be made through Timothy Pack 540-476-2702. All motorcycles accepted.
Event held March 16 and 17 - Swap meet starts at 8 A.M. both days. Auction at 2 P.M. on Saturday.
Entry fee of $35 per piece. Commission of 10%. Entry fee will be reimbursed if the bike sells and the commission exceeds $35.

Directions: Bridgewater Fairgrounds, Green St., Bridgewater, VA 22812. From I-81 take exit 240 and travel west on Frieden's Church Rd (Rt. 682) towards Mt. Crawford (away from McDonald's). At the light continue straight for just over 2.5 mile until you reach another traffic light. Turn right then take the first left onto Green St. Watch for signs on the right.
